Ben co-founded NorthCentral DI with Belinda in 2004 and is responsible for the agency's overall strategic direction and growth. He has been in the insurance industry since 1991, serving in a variety of field and home office leadership roles with major disability insurance carriers. Ben is a member of NAIFA Iowa and a Founding Member of the International DI Society (IDIS). He also served on the Ameritas Field Advisory Cabinet (FAC), a 15-member advisory board to the executive leadership team of Ameritas Life, from 2010 to 2013, where he also chaired the FAC Disability Product Sub-Committee.
